2About me
I have spent more than three decades in leadership, including 15 years as CEO and Managing Director in Germany, with leadership roles at companies such as Grundfos, Lufthansa, SMA, Weidmüller and Hochtief.
I bring a European and African leadership perspective to one question: how do leaders stay composed, effective and trusted when pressure is high and stress persists?
Today I support leaders and founders through coaching, training, and free and paid webinars, built around the Calm Authority Framework: Capacity × Management Competence × Trust.
